What are Aristelle Reward Points?
Aristelle Points are just our way of saying thank you! You earn one point for every dollar you spend with us, and you can use those points as dollars off your future orders. Points are automatically added to your account after your order is confirmed. It’s easy!
Aristelle Points are one-time use and non-refundable, so find something you love!
How can I use my Reward Points?
Sign into your account to check your points balance and redeem the points for Reward Vouchers. You can opt to redeem a $5 voucher after earning 150 points or leave it to accumulate for better discount vouchers.
After redemption, each Reward Voucher will come with a distinctive code to be applied during check-out.
Reward Vouchers redeemed will be stored in your Rewards Pocket, simply click on the Rewards Tab on the bottom left corner to locate your Reward Vouchers.
Can I use my Reward Vouchers with other promotions?
Rewards Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with sales and promotions.
What happens to my Rewards Points if I make a return/refund?
If you return/refund an order, the points earned on that order will be deducted from your account.
Can I transfer my Rewards Points to another user?
Points currently cannot be transferred to a different account.
Note:
Reward points will not be awarded for orders made during sale/promotion period, or when vouchers are redeemed.
